Jen Jones

Jen is a graduate of Prana Power Yoga Teacher Training with advanced certifications from Manju Pattabhi Jois (Ashtanga Teacher Training) and Lauren Imparato (I.AM.YOU Studio Finishing School). Her sequencing draws on Tibetan Buddhist as well as Ashtanga traditions and her classes are sweaty (regardless of the heat in the room) and always athletic, always empowering. Jen practices vinyasa as well as traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga and would rather be on her mat pretty much always. She give endless thanks to Be, Lauren and all of her teachers for helping me find the keys. JAI!
