Craig Magnano

The reason we come to the practice isn’t always the reason we stay. Such has been the case for Craig. He came to the practice on a purely physical level, but quickly discovered something else. Yoga cultivates an understanding of ones universal self by creating space in the body, mind and soul. Space creates freedom, which allows for relaxation, either in a posture or in ones life. There are many means to an end, Craig has explored and loves many styles of yoga but over the last few years dedicated him to the study of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the Mysore style under the guidance of Lori Brungard. He has a 200 hr Vinyasa certification and teaches an athletic, transformative blend of the practice. The reason we come to the practice isn’t always the reason we stay.
