Prenatal Yoga

This practice is beneficial for new and experienced yoga students at every stage of pregnancy, it can also be helpful in preparing the body for pregnancy and rebounding post pregnancy.

These classes will focus on a rhythmic flow of dynamic strengthening and restorative postures while honoring the changing needs of pregnancy through modifications and instruction on proper anatomical alignment. Classes will use the power of the breath to transform the discomforts of pregnancy and build strength, confidence and peace. All levels welcome.

Classes are not heated and are open to women who are pregnant, planning to be pregnant and recovering from having a baby.

Mom & Baby Yoga

This class is for new moms and babies (newborn to pre-crawling).  Spend time with your baby and welcome your yoga practice back in all at the same time.  Class will be geared towards gently rebuilding physical strength while nurturing the mind and soul of a new mama.

Classes are not heated.
