Q: How much do classes cost?

Q: Do you need to pre-register online in order to take a class at Prana?
A: No. If you don’t register online, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
Q: I am new to the studio and have been trying to register online for class but can’t, is there room in class?
A: New students are not able to register online. You need to come in to class, have an account created for you and fill out a waiver, then you will be able to use the online registration system in the future. There is typically room in all our classes, especially if you arrive 15 minutes early.
Q: Do I need to register online for class?
A: No, while online registration is an option almost all of our students just come in without prior registration. The only time of year that online registration is a good idea is January.
Q: I used the online registration system the other day to register for a class but did not come in, now I see my pass has one less class on it. What happened?
A: The online registration system deducts one class from your pass when you register. Unless you cancel 6 Hours or more before the start of class, you lose the class if you show up or not. The best way to avoid this is to not use the online registration system and just come into class. While the online registration is an option, almost all our students just come in to class without prior registration.
Q: I have a promotional pass (Groupon, Rue Lala, etc..) What do I do?
A: Please print out your pass with the promotion number on it and bring it with you as you come in for class. You do not need to do anything else including: calling, emailing, or registering for class.
Q: I tried calling over and over but no one answers the phone. Are you open?
A: Yes we are! Our studios open 30 minutes before any class begins. The phone automatically goes to voicemail so it will never be answered. You can leave your questions on the voicemail or email, email is typically answered significantly faster.
Q: I’m new to the studio, do you have any promotions for new students?
A: Yes we do. New students in MA have the option of purchasing a regular drop in class for $15 ($12 with a student or veteran ID) or a week of unlimited classes for $25. For our new NY students you have the option of purchasing a regular drop in class for $18 ($15 with a student or veteran ID) or a week of unlimited classes for $30.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for online registration for regular classes?
A: Online registrations need to be cancelled 6 hours or more prior to the start of class in order to be able to use the class at a different time. If classes are cancelled less than 6 hours before the start of class the class is no longer useable, no exceptions. Online registration is not necessary to attend classes at Prana so you can always just walk in before class without a prior registration.
