Q: How much do classes cost?

Class passes & packages can be used at any studio.
Q: Do you need to pre-register online in order to take a class at Prana?
A: You only need to preregister for classes if you are using a service like Class Pass. The studios open 30 minutes before class, and the majority of our yogis drop-in for class without preregistering. You may choose to use the online pre-registration system to sign in with your Prana class package, however please note that any cancelations need to happen 24 hours or more before the start of class or you lose the class. Q: I have a promotional pass (Groupon, Living Social, etc.) What do I do?
A: Either print your voucher or be able to display it on your phone and come into the studio within 30 minutes before a class you want to take. The desk staff can get you set up with an account and add your pass. Please note that promotional passes have restrictions. They are either for people who have never been to Prana before or have not taken class in a year or more. Your coupon has an expiration date that it needs to be redeemed by, and the passes also have expiration dates once they are redeemed. Please read the fine print for your voucher, and if you aren't sure when your coupon or classes expire you can always email the studios to get more info.
Q: I tried calling over and over but no one answers the phone. Are you open?
A: Our studios open 30 minutes before any class begins. Our phones are voicemail only and it can take some time to get a return call. It is far faster to get a response to your question by emailing.
Q: I’m new to the studio, do you have any promotions for new students?
A: Yes, we do. New students have the option of purchasing a regular drop in class for $18 ($14 with a student or veteran ID) or a week of unlimited classes for $25. Read more here!
Q: Do you have showers?
A: Yes, we do in our Newton, Winchester, and Cambridge locations.
Q: I left my water bottle yesterday, do you have it?
A: Yes, we probably do. We have an (extensive) lost and found area. The best way to see if we have your items is to check the lost and found next time you come. We keep your items on hand for at least a month.
